Hi, I’m Vincent, a concept artist currently base in Irvine, California.

My style is versatile, ranging from lighthearted stylized to dark realistic works and everything in between. I have extensive experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, and Unreal Engine to create digital paintings, vector files, and renders. I have also created a game for Game Jam with my friends in Unity.My passion for concept art comes from my love of storytelling and world-building.

I am always excited if my work can create something in the player’s heart, whether it be a strong feeling or some intriguing lore.

EXPERIENCE

Associate Concept Artist, Blizzard Entertainment, Irvine (Mar.2023 - Mar.2024 )

  • Created original environment. prop, and VFX concept art, paintovers of in-engine block-ins, UI icons, and fictional languages for a first-person shooting survival game.

  • Created mood paintings and world-building ideation sketches to set the art style for the game.

  • Collaborated with 3D and world departments and addressed feedback from my lead concept and art director.

Concept Artist, West Studio (Jan. - Mar. 2023)

  • Created unique environment compositions, sketches, and ideation for an unannounced project.

Concept Artist, Luma Pictures (June. - Nov. 2022)

  • Created environment and VFX designs based on existing art styles for I am Groot, Ant-man, and other films and TV shows. Clients include Marvel and Netflix.

  • Came up with explorations of keyframes, prop design and environments in Unreal Engine for several indie films and pitches.
